Another great diet is BURN THE FAT, FEED THE MUSCLE. Apparently, this is the best selling diet & fitness E-Book in Internet history! Although I have not tried this diet, I have read positive reviews. Please post here if you have tried this diet, and if you'd recommend it.
A DIET THAT ACTUALLY WORKS!!!
I have tried several diets over the years, only to gain all the weight back. The FAT LOSS 4 IDIOTS diet, although a harsh name, worked quite well! I was very pleased with the ease of staying on track, and of course with the quick results.
The diet is basically structured around proteins, healthy fats (nuts), and fruits and veggies. You eat 4 structured meals a day for 11 days (their site creates a specialized meal plan based on foods that you actually eat!). If you're a vegetarian, they have an entirely different meal plan laid out for you, which I found to be great! After the 11 days of structures meals, you have 3 "cheat days" in a row where you're allowed to eat basically anything you want.
The overall idea is to trick your metabolism into burning more fat and calories by "switching things up" every day. It's really unbelievable the results you get.
